Sample with Grumbo via Colin. Aroma is toffee apple, brown sugar, berry, tannic, hedgerow and leaves. Tangy and quite smooth. Very dry finish. Enjoyable.

3/9/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours slightly hazy orange gold with a minimally bubbly white head. Aroma is apple, caramel, funky, leafy, hedgerow. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Strong drying tannic finish. Good.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Clear orangey gold collour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of apple, fleshy, alittle funk. Taste is slightly tart, tangy, apple, fleshy fruity, some core, funk hint, with drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 28/07/24. Orange to light copper with some off white head that thins to a swirl. Nose is caramelised apple, light herb, tannins, hedgerow, stewed apple skins. Taste comprises apple core, vinous, tannins, hedgerow, modest funk allied to a light acidic nibble. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent.
