A still, single variety made from Yarlington mill apples late in the season. A blend of half keeved and half dry to give it a naturally sweetened taste.

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest 2024, Miller pub London. Deep golden amber colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, fleshy, stone fruit, funky, apple pie hints, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
