BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller Pub London. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of light apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity ripe apple, some skin, with drying tartness & tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable
