Coming from the coop, Interlaken Ost, finding it im August coming from Ballenberg. Tasting and sharing this bottle with my wife, yesterday, at Epalinges. A fair and good pale ale, on the American way, fairly bitter, citrus, dry hop, dry malt, good, 05.10.22

Old rating - 330ml bottle in Grindelwald, pours hazy amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, bread, biscuit, pine & yeast. Medium body. Long moderate bitter finish

On tap. Pours a bright copper color with light head. Aromas of toasted malts, a bit of caramel, and cigarette ash. Flavors of light toasty malts and soft floral hops. Ok but not much going on.
