Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Danny. Pours pale yellow with a small, foamy white head. Fairly sugary, pretty basic, some ripe apples. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, very basic, some apple candies. Alright.

Bottle at Elveden Inn, Suffolk. Apple peel aroma. Light gold. Thin head clings to the rim of the glass. Bubbly. Heavy sweet, with a musty undertow. Light bodied. Sticky. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. Nothing special. Forget the craft tag, this may as well be a macro sweet cider.

330ml bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Pours a misty pale gold, thin white head. Aroma is light desert sweet apple. Taste is clean, with a pleasant light medium sweetness. There is something different about the apple - and pear - varieties used that lend an attractive moreish sweetness. Not as sweet as I imagined, not bad really.

Bottle from The Savannah, Liverpool Street Station, London. Pours a very pale yellow/gold with no head. Sweet apple aroma. Distinctive Golden Delicious apple flavour. Very sweet. Light body, sticky texture, high carbonation. Quite drinkable but very sweet even as sweet ciders go.

33cl bottle from Waitrose, Bracknell. A slighty hazy pale colour with no head and light carbonation; some lime aroma; sweet and fruity in the mouth with a slight tartness; and a dry pear-like finish. An interesting find.

Bottle thanks to McNeillR. Appearance - very pale yellow. A thin head. Nose - stewed apple. Taste - sweet cloying apple sauce. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a finish that could be fresher. Overall - too sweet.
