Cask at Sawn. Farnborough. 06/04/17. Got nil aroma, but that part was being hampered by a colleague’s fag smoke! Glossy appearance. A dark cola brown. Creamy if not overly thick beige head. Surprisingly sweet. Caramel, sugary. Fruity. A hint of bitterness. Watery. Soft carbonation. Slick. A sour aftertaste. OK but I found it to be too sweet for my tastes and certainly for a porter. More like a mild, perhaps.
