The vibrant zest of grapefruit and the tangy bite of hibiscus playfully flirt with each other in this softly sour spring-time sipper. Pink and passionate, frisky and fun, a brew of infatuation and the season of bloom. Aww, Elephant Juice you too!

Keg at the Mad Squirrel, Wycombe. Pink-orange colour. Light citrus with a floral note and a slightly milky texture. Thin and watery. Any tartness is distinctly subdued. It's just about ok, but not up to the brewery's usual standards.

Clear pink with a decent light faded crimson covering. Nose is grassy, sharp citric zest, hay bale, light funk. Taste comprises light pink grapefruit, balsa wood, musty tones, damp cloth, lemon rind, stale bread, grains, light salt tickle, trace of herbology. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering close. Not bad.
