(Draft at Het Lagerhuys, Amsterdam, 28 Feb 2026) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, funky nose with notes of pears, apples, quince and yeast. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, lemon, pears, green apples, quince snd slightly funky yeast. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fruity and refreshing, with a generous acidity. Very nice.
