Interboro Premiere 6% Double Dry-hopped IPA Lovely matte gold with dense off-white foam and a great guava and papaya tropical hop bouquet. Full bodied and exceptionally well balanced. The initial is loads of those tropical hop notes while the finish adds clean bitter pine. Really drinkable, I’ve not had that many from Interboro but this is probably the nicest.

Taster showing pale to deep gold with half a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows lightly intense notes of pine and round malts.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Light flavors of pine and malt with a light cannabis bitterness.

Keg at the Interboro taproom, Brooklyn, 12/04/23. Almost clear golden orange with a good sized just off white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, papaya, pine needle, melon. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine, melon, orange pith, pineapple, soft malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close splashed with balanced hop bitterness. Not bad.

Tap at the brewery in Brooklyn. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is semi sweet juicy orange tangerine, sticky zesty orange, woody citrus. Grassy. Loose wheat. Palate is semi sweet, sticky. Resin, moderate carbonation. Ok.
