ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, flowers - floral, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, vegetables, sweet malt, pale malt, floral, hop juice, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Fully hazy, deep gold. Loads of fast rising, fine bubbles keep alive a dense, lacing, lasting, off white head. Looks boss. Nose has overripe lemon. Some peach stone. Sourdough bread. Then there’s a slightly funky, twangy cheese character to it, that was I’m guessing isn’t intended, but I really don’t mind it. It smells a little like a Poppyland beer, and that’s always ok with me. Taste is sweet and fruity, with some buggy sourness, before the 110 IBU kicks in. Medium body. Soft, foamy carbonation. Hint of acidity. Bitter and twang of unintended sourness to finish. Well obviously this has gone a bit wrong, but I did enjoy it.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours golden, nose is funk, sherbert, lime, taste is grassy, funk, chalky.

Bottle at home ... golden amber .. thin white lacing ... soft funk brettt fruit nose ... long dry btett fruit ... soft funk .. light dry brett frui nose ... soft fruit ... long dry bitter breet finish
