Pint from the keg at Brewhouse & Kitchen (Highbury). Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aromas & tastes of light mango & lemon. Moderate body. Light bitter finish. Enjoyable

Draft at Brewhouse and Kitchen Poole as 1842 Tropical IPA. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, big juicy tutti frutti citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Ok, but rapidly became a little sickly.

Keg at the brewpub. Aroma has light stone fruit. Clear dull gold. Thin creamy white head. Medium bitter. Quinine. Tart fruit. Light. Slick. Average-soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Not great.

The architect tropical ipa. 5.5%.in Bournemouth. Light hazed amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are very light tropical fruity sweet. Thin watery body.
