On a super pale base we've added white wheat, oat & spelt malt for a full and creamy texture.
We're continuing to explore experimental New Zealand hop varieties, courtesy of Freestyle Hops, with this addition of Manilita. It's a mid-harvested variety, from the Thiol Amplifier Blocks of the Sunrise Valley Farm, that's giving endless sweet tropical waves & adds a new dimension to the signature character of NZ hops.
Red Grapefruit, Papaya & Sweet Sweet Thiols.

From tap at De Koffer, Groningen. Juicy and wheaty, tropical fruits, orange, mango, oats. Smooth bittersweetish flavour. Smooth and rounded.

Can from Eltham Wines. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Nose is peach, papaya, pineapple, passionfruit, tangerine, apricot. Taste is papaya, tangerine, passionfruit, peach, zesty orange. Exceedingly juicy. Sweet citrusy linger. Most enjoyable.

Draft at The Coach & Horses, London 22/11/2024 super fresh and intense fresh juicy fruity aroma and taste, bucket loads of papaya and mango, pineapple and red grapefruit, great creamy oat laden sweet malty mouthfeel and body, assertive hoppy finish. Yet another cracking brew from these guys.
Sehr dicht, nicht kratzig, top
