0.5l tap. Unclear amber red with a creamy head. Resin, dry hops, grapefruit zest, caramel, toast, ripe orange. Dry hoppy bitterness, some sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy bitter finish. Really nice Kellerpils!

0,5l bottle at home bought from Bierothek Vienna. BB 04/2022. dark yellow rather hazy color, medium big white head. smells grassy, earthy, light caramel, bready, tobacco, biscuits, flour. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, grassy, tobacco, peppery, some bread, rye, light corn sirup notes. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of corn, peppery and tobacco notes. Pretty good one, but not as good as expected. Bit too heavy on the corn notes. Also drinks almost a tad heavy / not super refresing. overall good stuff though.

500 ml bottle from Bierothek Wien. Golden-amber, slightly hazy body, with a big, creamy, light beige head. Aroma of grains, white bread, biscuit, flowers, cereals, some sweet fruits, some honey. Tastes similar, with some more crisp herbal notes. Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, crisp, medium sweet, medium bitter, a bit dry, floral, herbal, grassy, cerealic, a bit mineralic. Tasty. Extremely smooth, with just enough bitterness and rustic notes to balance the sweet, creamy malt body. Another very quaffable, characterful Lager by Knoblach I could drink all day! Bottle at HopDog. Reddish amber, slightest haze. Malty nose, full flavor with a lot of malt/grain complexity and moderate bitterness. Tasty lager, and very fresh.

FlΓ€schla (Danke, Jonas!): Deep golden, hazy, creamy and stable off-white head with a little lace, moderate bitter-sweet, moderate dryish herbal-hoppy (almost a bit medical) nose with a balancing malty and rural background; moderate to distinctive bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied, as soft as expected; lingering spicy-hoppy and rural-malty finish. Chapeau! Another great Seidla from a great little franconian Brauerei...
