A welcoming introduction to the world of sour beers. Our Apricot Crush is made from a Berliner Weiss base and then we add copious amounts of apricot to make this beer really pop. Light, crisp and refreshing.

Draft - A little soapy and nice citrus. Cloudy gold elbow with a decent white head. Fruity, jammy apricot and a nice tartness. Sweet and complex, very interesting. Very nice.

Cloudy tan, no head, aroma is tart, lactic, lots of apricot. Starts sweet and yogurty then tart and with lots of apricot. Nicely balanced beer.

From a growler filled by brenn79, thanks! Smells sour, fruity, funky, really nice for style. Pours hazy yellow with minimal white head. Taste is tart (8/10) and savory, apricot is strong. Body is thin, but that’s fine. Lip smacking good shit here.

12oz at Tornado Seattle. Can’t see through, thick golden body. Aroma is very peachy skin, like canned compot, sweet but nice. Flavor less canned syrup tart and stingy feel. Refreshing and sweet and light, original flavor is its best character. Not a Berliner Weisse.

On Tap at the Boise brewery. Hazy light orange with a short lived fizzy white head. Sour but mostly generic light fruit aroma. Apricots, I guess but not very distinctive. Flavor was moderately sour for a "sour"and the beer list description did describe it as a doorway sour ale. Crisp and tart and flavorful. Dry and squeaky finish. Very tasty.

On tap at Saraveza's Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a cloudy, dirty yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of fresh apricots, a little farmhouse notes and some sweetness. Flavour brings out loads and loads of fresh apricots, moderate tartness and a light apricoty lemon tang that lingers on and on. Loads of flavours for a sub-5% beer. Extremely drinkable and quite complex. Excellent stuff.
