Fermenteria tap: poirs dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is light pine, roast, and some fruitiness. Taste is somewhat bitter. Not too roasty. Interesting fruity notes. Good.

4 oz. sample from the Fermentaria. Pitch black color. Aroma and taste is a mix of roasted malts, subtle grapefruit, pine, some cocoa. Real deep earthy grain element.
Shows medium carbonation. The oats thicken up the mouthfeel but still in the medium range. I really enjoy the deep earthy note in this and the hop profile is down played with the pine being low. I really enjoyed this.
