Flaska från SB. Mangojuicefärgad opak vätska, lågt skum. Doft av apelsinjuice och saffran. Smaken också som syrlig apelsinjuice kryddd med saffran. Lite tvålig kanske annars trevlig.

I Draught /I No head left, opaque yellow beer. Saffron, dry rice porridge, bit of lunaria, citrus, lactic acid. Saffron, fish-cream sauce, bit lactic acid. Light to medium bodied, looks dead, feels fizzy. Just the rice is missing.

Little cloudy bright yellow to orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of overripe passion fruits, bit dank, decent, acidic. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: some sulphur, saffron, weird, acidic, passion fruits, authentic rice pudding (saffron again). Aftertaste: acidic,
fruity, some vinegar, passion fruits, very acidic, weird, not bad though…

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, lacto, and malt - odd. The flavor is sour with notes of passion fruit, malt, wheat, and lacto, leading to a tart finish.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 27 Sep 2018) Hazy golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of passion-fruit, orange and saffron. Fruity, tart taste with saffron, orange, passion-fruit, mango and a tart finish with low bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty with both tropical fruit and Christmas flavours. Nice one.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Bellissimo color tuorlo d'uovo, brillante, opalescente, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di zafferano, frutta gialla, pesca noce. In bocca è moderatamente dolce all'attacco con finale acido medio. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Interessante.
