This Russian Imperial Stout is a tribute to one of the most fantastic Swedish traditions - fika. Fika is a social phenomenon that has a fantastic history of bringing people together and is a crucial activity in Swedish social life.
To fika means that you have a cup of coffee with a biscuit, a cinnamon bun, a piece of cake or any other pastry. While having this, you talk and laugh together with friends, family, colleagues, a date or someone that you are trying to get to know. It is not just a cup of coffee - it is a fika.

Small light brown creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet roasted, toast, roasted grain, nuts, dark sugar, dark malts, oak, roasted coffee, bark, cocoa, cinnamon, cookies, hints of anise. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish roasted, dark sugar, dried dark fruits, dark malts, vanilla, roasted grain, coffee, cinnamon, toast, raisins, cocoa, cookies, nuts, hints of anise. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet roasted mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Black with almost no head. Sweet with chocolate, coffee, dark malt and some dried fruit. The body was full and the finish with warming alcohol.

Tap@Brewskival 2018, Helsingborg - pours black with a tan head. Sweet and slight roasted dark malty with prominent opulent chocolate and coffee roast, some caramel and toffee cakey sweetness, smooth creamy velvety mouthfeel, full body, dark sweet malty into the close. .

Tap at CBHULLA, Helsinki. Colour is very dark brown with small brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Chocolate, some milk chocolate, some dark chocolate and roasted malts. Soft roasty malts. Great.

Bottle. Heavily roasted stout with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, honey and lots of vanilla. A bit dry. Mouthfeel is a bit sticky from the sweetness.
