Can. Pours cloudy golden yellow, large off white head, great lacing. Aroma is nuts, lactose, hint of coconut. Grapefruit. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. I actually don't get pistachios, but the integration of flavors is interesting. Medium body

Sampled at Snallygaster 2019. Poured a kind of dark yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light pistachio, vanilla. Flavor was light vanilla, pistachio. Creamy.

Well integrated pistachio flavour. Some milk. Green onion but light. Pours hazy golden with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Tap at Snally.

Pint can pours with a murky brackish opaque dull dirty gold to copper body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up a quick hit of mango before getting into sweet nuttiness and a mild mint like sensation. The taste delivers loads of flavor with a flash of juicy tropical fruit that quickly gets pushed to the background by nutty pistachio, grapefruit and vanilla. This creates an odd mix of flavors but it comes together toward the finish with more thin yet nectar sweet malts and a mint note. As it warms the initial flavor and aroma grow in tropical and citrus fruitiness. Very different beer that works.

4 oz. taster at the source. Appearance is a dirty golden color. Nose of vanilla, milk sugar, honey. The flavor doesn’t show me any pistachio. Remind me of every other milkshake IPA ever sampled. Meh.
