Can at Can Jam Deciduous edition thanks Chris! Opaque black with a firm tan head that persists. Rich creamed coffee with bits of chocolate aroma and flavor. Earthy hop flavor is just enough to provide balance. Superb coffee stout.

Can shared by Nelson on 10/5/18.
Inky, ebony pour is perhaps opaque though not sure. Tan head fades steadily to a ring.
Nose is pure, lovely, rich coffee. Earthy, fruity and surprisingly mild it's not of the heavy roasted variety, with no big ash or char. Rather, vanilla, milk chocolate, raisin and prune mix with caramel and honey.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, sticky, fruity and delicious, with long, lightly bitter, earthy and fruity coffee notes lingering alongside milk chocolate, vanilla, caramel and honey. Very low carbonation but still fairly engaging with good attenuation and still some sticky goodness left behind. Very lovely stuff, went down all to easily and quickly. No booze noted.
