Cask @ The Unicorn, Manchester. Golden with a small creamy head. Crisp bitter with a malty-sweet nose. Not a particularly high bitterness.

Cask at the Cannie Man, Hanworth, Bracknell. A bright amber pour with a tight white head; floral aroma with some earthy notes; crisp and fresh in the mouth with an earthy, peppery bitterness and a biscuity body; then a dry finish with lingering white pepper. Interesting and different. (22-Jan-16 7/4/7/3/14=3.5)
50cl bottle from Waitrose, Wokingham - using hops harvested on September 17th, 2015. A bright amber pour with a ring of white head and moderate carbonation; sweet floral aroma with some earthy notes; lively in the mouth with an earthy, peppery bitterness and a refreshing zing; then a dry fruity finish with some white pepper to finish. This really is a fresh and different beer, and well worth seeking out. (22-Jul-16 7/4/7/4/15=3.7)
