Can split at L6 tasting, thanks to Kenny, 23/05/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange pith, grass, watermelon, light strawberry sundae. Taste comprises sweet malts, Danish pastry dusting, light strawberry, mixed tropical fruits, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Fun enough novelty DIPA but wouldn't want a whole lot of this.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 34C/29A/22A). Can 47.3 cl (batch unknown - BBF unknown). AROMA: medium strawberry flavour, followed by medium-low citrusy hops (lime-like). medium-low sweet background of allspice and slight cinnamon. neutral malt. APPEARANCE: pale gold to gold colour and slightly hazy. medium off-white head with medium-low to low retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavour with an herbal and slightly citrusy note (lime), followed by medium-low to low strawberries. neutral malt background. initial sweet that balances into a medium-high bitterness and into a semi-dry to dry finish, with a touch of allspice and spices. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a nice and well balanced desert beer.

Can shared in London - courtesy of Kenneth. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Novel, with notes of citrus fruits and vanilla frosting, some vague strawberry notes. Medium bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish. Interesting, not bad.
