CITRUS SOUR IPA
DEYA's mastery of hop and haze and our fanatical focus on funk has led to this - a citrus-infused sour foeder-aged IPA. Dry-hopped with Citra and infused with grapefruit zest, it fuses modern hop-flavour with traditional wood-aeing, split by the complexity of Brettanomyces and our house sour culture. As comrades in collaboration, we have produced a beer balancing citrus and lactic acidity with crushable hop-sessionability.

In Two Minds - Twice the fun(k).

A good beer, not their best, a slightly weird complexity with some clashing flavours. however, it is still a superbly fermented beer. Brewdog Budapest

Bottle. RAD Beer. Vivid, translucent gold. Fine white head is lasting and lacing. Nose has grapefruit. Light lemon brett. Pithy citrus. A little woody and earthy hop. Taste is semi sweet, with a light, bretty, tart bitterness. Medium body. Lively carbonation. Light twang of acidity. Light bitterness to finish. Nice enough, but the brett hasn’t fully worked it’s magic yet.

Excellent. Loads of Riesling-esque white grape must which complimented the Citra grapefruit flavour really well. Super clean. Excellent

Keg at Brewdog Reading. Hazy yellow-orange with a moderate fizz and a thin white head. Tart lemon and lime, some raw rhubarb and a bit of gooseberry. A little bit of garden shed. Mildly dry finish. Good stuff, very refreshing. Yum. A proper summer beer, somehow a very English deckchair-on-a-mown-lawn beer. Went down a treat on a hot day.
