Pale Ale. 5.9% Collaboration with Hill Farmstead Brewery. Brewed with oats and a tiny bit of caramel malt. Hopped at an outrageous rate (~8lbs/bbl) with Crystal, Amarillo, Simcoe and Galaxy. How much is enough. Where does the inspiration come from?.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: bright juicy orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely and left some light lace
Aroma: spruce, blueberries and grapefruity hop tones over top of a clean malt
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together bittersweetly and juicy; super light aftertaste of blueberries and malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, juicy smooth along the tongue, nice low carb, finishes juicy smooth with the blueberries and malts
Overall: a very well brewed APA more than worthy of returning to.

Can from Vin. It pours a lightly hazed pale orange color with an off white head. The aroma has nice notes of honey drizzled grilled peaches with some over ripe apple, white grape, pear and fruit basket. The flavor has snappy notes of orange gummies and some background overripe mango and peach. A little dank with solid grassy bitterness. Soft mouth feel with subtle bitterness that builds as you drink it. Good.

Can thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong guava, mango, tangerine, dank. Medium body, juicy hop, melon, guava, mango, grass, light bitterness, very nice.

Cloudy bright yellow beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, lots and lots of pineapple. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity start, lots of pineapple, some grapefruit, lots of citrus, nice bitterness, hoppy, more tropical fruits. Aftertaste: very fruity, nice bitterness, pineapple, bit sweet, some caramel malts, lot of grapefruit.

Can thanks to Vin. It’s cloudy golden, large fluffy white head, great lacing. Huge dank, tropical stonefruit aroma. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, more or less accurately named. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Excellent.
