375mL bottle at the source, 2/1/23. Bright bronze with a hint of rust. White head quickly to edge. Good clarity. Very lovely quince-apple character is still strong despite five years. The skin and/or maceration give off a really interesting cinnamon. Some nice sulfury barnyard and sumptuous honey-like malts. Clean and juicy. Oh yeah that's good and poopy. Big Brett with tons of wild fermented cider character. Soft and malty, good attenuation, good structure and depth to the malt. Cinnamon, apple, Brett but no acetic and minimal lactic, even. Lovely. I guess PhillyCraft and crew don't know what apple-derived Brett is....

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with small white head. The aroma is bandaid, rubber, mineral, cherry, oak. Thin body, rubber, bandaid, earth, apple, something off with this one.

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Hazy orange color with white head. Yeasty aroma, funky barnyard, dusty, burnt rubber, plastic, vicks vaporub medicine. Light sweet, bitter and moderate acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

ABV: (x.x)%. Cloudy - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, rubber, smoked, cherry, apple - sour apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, rubber, smoked, burnt tired, yeas, phenolic, cherry, apple - sour apple (assume it's crabapple). IMO: It was realy not me ... Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20190615]
