Odense twenty twenty winter pt 1 tasting. Hazy golden with a big white head. Fruity and funky aroma. Dry, funky and slightly tart flavour with grassy and herbal hops and a quite bitter finish.

Several bottles. Where did this rating go? 75cl bottle. Bought @ Tilquin, October 2018. Pours hazy deep Golden with a creamy large head. Funky and Woody. Saison-ish with grass, yeast and barnyard in front. Dryish lambic finish. Lovely!

Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Funky Max presents Saison Vignon ]. Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, grapes, wine, brett. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast, saison yeast, wheat - dough, citric, grapes, wine, lemony, brett - funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180920] 7-3-7-3-15

F: medium, snow-white, good retention. C: pale blonde, hazy. A: sour fruity, brett, woody, peach, bit leather, lemon, green plums, basement. T: sour bretty fruity, green plums and banana, woody, very dry on the palate, fruity and spicy, grassy, lemon, lively carbonation, medium body, very refreshing and good balanced saison with lambic touch, very enjoyable beer, 75cl bottle from Tilquin English Beer Festival 2018.

Bottle at Bumba. Aroma of tart, dry yeast and funky barnyard. Taste has some funk, dry yeast, tart, feces and hay. Like a funky barn with poo. Good nevertheless.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is very nice leather funk, prunes, dough. Taste is dough, prunes, milky, very complex, peppery finish. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very, very good!

Sampled @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Uclear yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, typical saison yeast, citrussy, bretty. Quite nice. 8-3-8-4-15.

Pre-Borefts tasting. 75cl Bottle. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, hay, funk, light Brett, lemons, light fruity. Flavour is tart, funky, yeasty, dry, malty, lemon, tart finish. Light bodied. Aroma was very promising, flavour a bit of let-down.
