Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: yellow to copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissolved nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal to floral and semi-earthy hops with a subtle bready maltiness underneath
Flavor: does a very nice job of blending the prior noted aromas to a fair and balanced hoppy to malty ratio; finishes crisp and florally
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness along the tongue; light little nick of dryness
Overall: to me, it's a nice pilsener that seems like a "modernized" one.

16 oz can at Alan's, 5/3/25. Pours unclear yellow, with a fairly small head. Dough, bread, grains. Slightly herbal. Decent flavor profile. Kinda average overall. Okay feel. Okay beer.

Brewery side pull, 7/5/24. Bronze-brass, clear. Small, white head, moderate retention. Dainty, honey-like malt and mild herb. Clean with light wax and mineral on the finish. Malty, quite a bit so with sweet honey, cake and dough. Hops nor yeast clear the rather syrupy, sweet, under attenuated character. Good flavors, not over-hopped, some mineral but yeah...gotta have a crisp, snappy finish. This has a sweet, doughy one.
