Following trials from several different vendors, we settled on a high quality apricot that imparts flavors of ripe apricot, stone fruit, and punchy citrus to our original flagship IPA.
Simple in construct but immensely juicy in outcome, Jammy is a beer we are certain you will enjoy.
Keep it icy cold and enjoy it as FRESH as possible!

Canned 8/29/22, drunk 9/19/22. Heavily hazy, bronze-pineapple-golden. Small, off-white head, low retention. Beautiful apricot character, wow. Bright, lightly acidic, lightly juicy, fully authentic. Juicy Julius with heavily fruity yeast and a good mix of honey and biscuit. Clean, no resin, no pine, no twang, no alcohol, no flaw. Juicy, almost chewy. You can practically taste the chewy, succulent, lightly acidic, heavily fruity dried apricot. Citrus balances alongside well-attenuated cracker and honey-like malts with clean yeast, no resin and ample hop bitterness on the finish. An excellent adjunct addition to a tried and true beer.

Aroma is apricot, citrus zest, crisp, clean, loads of flavor. Nice balance and easy to drink with just enough bitterness in the finish.

16 oz. can from the brewery. Aroma is the typical tree House Estring with a nice soft apricot. The typical Julius mango, peaches, stone fruit is replaced with. No bitterness whatsoever and ends on mild apricot. Delicious.

Pours a hazy, orange-peach, with smallish head. Aroma is apricot, citrus, tropical fruit. Flavor follows. Soft and smooth mouthfeel. Lightly sweet, with a very mild level of hop bitterness in the finish. Good stuff!
