Keg at Beaverex '18 Day I, 07/09/18. Pink grapefruit juice in colour with a light crimson cap. Nose is tangy pink berries, straw, sharp citric peel. Taste comprises strawberry yoghurt, grass, green berry must, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok sour.

Bottle 375ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Vault City Strawberry Sour ].Hazy matt medium red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, strawberry, tart, moderate yeasty, dough, seet yeast, tart fruit - berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, sour, dough, strawberry, tart berries - fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Beaverfest. Keg. Cloudy strawberry colour beer, small apricot colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Nice light tart strawberry, ripe strawberry and strawberry sherbet. Light finish. Works well.

[9/7/18] Draught at Beavertown Extravaganza 2018 in London. Day 1. Murky pink. Strawberry, lacto, yogurt, tart, juicy. Very good.

Bottle @ Borefts 2018, probably a leftover of the pre-Borefts tasting. Thanks guys! Murky pinkish red color. Light pink head. Aroma's: big strawberry, sourish. Flavor is sour, fruity, strawberry. Light bodied. Nice.

Bottle. Murky pinkish-orange color with white head. Aroma is strawberry, yoghurt, light brett funk. Taste is strawberry, milky yeast, light yoghurt. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good one!

Sampled @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Murky milkshake-ish peach colored pink, average sized white head. Smells quite fruity, peach, very sweet. Flavor though, sour! Fruity sour but a bit too sour for me to really like it. Decent tough. 8-3-6-3-14.
