You Are Here is a beer for Lauren. Brewed with a pale malt, Cascade hops grown in Australia, and a supporting cast of fruit-forward American hops, it pours a beautiful yellow color into the glass with graceful flavor notes of mixed tropical fruit and sweet citrus. It represents the best of our abilities as craftspeople. We invite you to share it with those you love and enjoy it with an open mind. Goblet of pulp pours a murky, dark orange, lacey white head with legs. Nose is a touch mild, C hops, lime, orange, some stone fruits. Flavors has oat and malt and mango, orange, C hops. Finishes medium bodied. A touch non descript.

Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with minimal head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows, with some light underlying sweetness. Very soft, smooth mouthfeel. Mild to moderate hop bitterness carries through the finish.

Charlton draught, 9/30/22. Heavily hazy, maize-golden. Small, white head. Earth, mineral, sulfur, white wine, passion fruit. Light honey and biscuit malt in support. Very clean, no resin or weird yeast character. Soft and juicy, with pine and heavy honey, bordering light caramel, moving to light house character (watermelon) and ending on juicy tropical fruits, white wine and mild but ample bitterness. Very Green-like, with a bit more melon and malt presence.
