We’ve got one more new beer to share – meet Welly. English session ales were an early subject of fascination and admiration for us and (while the beer was still be brewed in the basement) a brewing obsession. There is nothing quite like well made, properly cared for and beautifully poured pint at the pub. Capturing some sliver of those experiences is something we’ve dedicated some serious time and effort towards. With Welly, we aim somewhere among our favorite classic Bitters, the incredibly drinkable and always satisfying pub staple.

Brewery draught, 3/3/23. Clear, bright copper. Solid, off-white head, great retention. Rich, rich base malt adding cookie and honey. Hints of woody and lightly floral hops with plentiful minerality. Clean. Soft, malty, lightly floral, herbal, fresh hops and intense mineral, biscuit and honey. Great attenuation. Clean and just insanely soft, creamy and drinkable.
