We've been friends with Colin and the crew at Holy Mountain from pretty early on. We paid them a visit on our first hop selection trip while passing through Seattle. They always make stellar beer. We teamed up on a new england style pale ale with a mix of old and new. Cashmere, Motueka and Styrian Goldings. Styrian Goldings and Motueka are a combo we've loved and one we used in one our first OH beers in 2014. This time we added Cashmere, a hop both breweries love, for some added candied fruit character to go along with some lemon-lime and slightly spicy floral notes.
