Tradition and innovation are built into The Bruery’s DNA, and this traditionally-inspired Belgian-style Tripel ale, made with a recipe adapted from one of our very first releases, Trade Winds, is no exception. A Gust Of Wind derives much of its flavor from careful yeast selection, giving rich spice notes and subtle fruit character. Enjoy a malty sweetness with a gust of spice, finished with a balanced amount of hops.

Can. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Yeast and malt aroma with light fruity esters. Yeast ad spice flavor with malt and light fruitiness. Medium bodied. Yeats and fruitiness linger with malt and light spice.

Pour is A murky orange with a large white head. Aroma is a huge white pepper with some ester and orange peel. Flavor is white grape and bitter orange peel with some ester and white sugar. Pretty good triple, not as clean as some Belgian examples. There were adjuncts in here you would not find in a Belgian tripel. Still pretty flavorful.
