Can. Sorry Steam Machine but this is not an IIPA at 7.4%, more is the pity. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, a light creamy sweetness. Moutere hops bring light pine and lighter hop spice. Slightly peachy ripe citrus with equally light and ripe tropical fruits. Light finish. Intriguing. Doesn't shine like Kernel Moutere hop beers but does show a ripe richness. Another cracking NZ hop. Please don't overbreed into blandness!
