Komorebi is our Japanese Rice Lager brewed with premium pilsner malt, rice, and Styrian Dragon hops. It is a crisp, clean, elegant showcase for the characterful ingredients it contains.
Pouring a brilliant pale yellow color into the glass, it contains notes of bready malts, straw and white rice, with gentle, hoppy notes of fresh-squeezed lemon, melon and herbal spice.
Though perfectly fine fading into the background of spirited conversation with friends and family alike, Komorebi is an assertive lager that surprises and delights with its elegance, character, and dutiful construction. Enjoy liberally!

Crisp, clean, soft, hint of citrus in the finish. Well crafted.

Charlton draught, 9/30/22. Clear blonde, small, white head, moderately-low retention. Quite hop forward with white grape, and a touch of lemon and herb. Cracker behind it. Very clean. Oh yeah that's nice. Much maltier in flavor than aroma let's on, but of course still well-attenuated. Very happy still, though, with lots of lemon, light pixie stick and white grape. I like the hops, for the most part (don't love them) but I wish this were malt/rice forward, not hop forward.

Pours a very slightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with mid-sized head and lots of bubbles. Aroma is straw, grass, some pepper. Flavor follows, with some breadiness and a fairly bitter, hop bite to the finish. Crisp, clean mouthfeel.
