Thanks Vran &co. Off white head on a brownish body. Dusty aroma, more raisins than vinegar, dry and nice! Tart, dry raisinish maltiness, well integrated acetic touches - the flavor without much of the tartness. Nice! Like a well restrained combo of Flanders brown and BW.

[ As Brekeriet Bruno ].Light unclear medium to dark brown amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, tart, vinegar. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, moderate acidic and acetic with a long duration, vinegar, wood, sour, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160922] 7-3-7-3-14

75 cl-flaska delad på Beerditch stora Brekerietprovning med bröderna Ek. Mjuk och rund, lätt sötma som matchar syrligheten, sötsyrliga mörka strenfrukter, aningen gräddig. Tankarna går till Rodenbach. Komplex, välnyanserat och mycket gott.

Bottle from Beergium, bought in 2016. Dark brown with a small head. Quite vinous with red berries, caramel and some light citrus. Refreshing and easy to drink with a fairly tart finish.

[9/22/16] Bottle sample at Pre-Borefts RateBeer Tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone for sharing bottles! Amber. Aroma of cherries, wine, wood, vinegar, cellar. Sour flavor with red fruits, lacto, wood, cellar, some funk, a bit of vinegar. Medium-bodied. Really good.
