THT oktober. Pale straw with no head. Sweet and tart apples, soft vanilla. Moderate sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium body and soft carbonation. Thanks to danlo!

Sampled at THT October. Clear golden with some bubbles. Light apple, mineral, soft tannins and wood, quite some pear, light lemon, dry earthy funk. Light sweet, tart and bitter. Almost medium bodied, medium dry, low carbonation. Quite alright.

Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, fruity apples, sweet apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet apples, fruity apples, apple, apple peel, green apples, dry. 500ml bottle, thanks Grumbo for this. Pours pale gold, sweet nose. Taste presents a bright acidity, medium dry fruit, a touch salty with delicate sherbet notes, tart citrus with gentle carbonation. Interesting.
