Southern English inspired brown ale brewed up with our best buds from Sacred Vice Brewing in Kensington. Southern English brown ales differ from their Northern counterparts with a more rounded malt profile emphasizing softer dark fruit and toffee notes. Our version is brewed to slightly higher gravity with English spring barley pale malt bolstered by the addition of wonderful local honey from our friends Kara Jo Bee Farm, along a choice blend of specialty of malts for depth and color. Rich notes of toffee, Raisinets, and creamy milk chocolate with a smooth finish.
