Lagered for an extended period and executed perfectly, it is as good of a session beer as you could ever want. Enjoy it cold and enjoy it often!

Charlton draught, 6/24/23. Clear blonde. Small, white head. Very floral though not in an astringent way. Honey-like malt, crisp yeast, herbs and bread. Hoppy, not too bitter. Clean with rich, well attenuated honey like malt. Actually impressed with the hops here. Spicy, herbal, hint of lemon; works incredibly well mirroring a continental pils but still with an American flare.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with excellent retention leaves spider lacing as it recedes. Lemon and kumquat aromas. Soft with kumquat, lemon and dirty tropical fruit skin. Lasting earthy pith finish.

Pours a slightly haze, pale golden yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is very grassy, with some hops and malt. Flavor is hops, grass, bread, malt. Crisp, clean mouthfeel.
