A German Fest-style lager brewed for Octoberfest. Slightly malty and bready with spicy, earthy and sweet caramel notes from the hops that provide balance to the malt profile.
Brewed with a touch of Vienna and Munich malts, single decocted then hopped with German Spalt throughout. Smooth, clean and biscuity with a spicy noble hop aroma.

16 ounce can from Trenton Road Takeout. Brassy gold pour. Frothy white head. Bready malt aroma hints at grassy hops. Flavor brings a sharp, distinctive character of earthy malt and noble hops. Clean and crisp with slightly bitter notes on backend. Great balance and flavor. Nicely done.
