16oz can pours a murky rootbeer brown with some beige, creamy head. Nose has plenty of vanilla and cinnamon and brown sugar. Some cocoa too. Flavor has a very simple brown grist base with all the adjuncts layered over. Its not sweet. Its well balances for a pastry. Finishes off dry.

Can (5/12/21) pour from the brewery. It's an almost opaque, dark brown (like maple syrup), a few white floaties, nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-width beige head with poor retention and lone ring of lacing. Aroma is initial graham cracker followed by sweet marshmallow and chocolate. Taste is strong, sweet marshmallow and chocolate with a fruity quality. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with a smooth, syrupy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, aroma is more balanced than the taste, which is a bit on the sweet side. The mouthfeel is thick and syrupy side so it doesn't help the sweetness. OK but not Foundation's best.

16 oz. can. Aroma is bold chocolate with a hint of vanilla. Flavor has some roast with plenty of chocolate throughout. I guess you could find vanilla or marshmallow but I certainly don’t get any graham cracker. The body is proper. Pretty average.

Can shared with Paul, thanks for the hookup Lightly hazy dark brown bordering on black with a stingy off white head. Huge chocolate nose and flavor with hints of fruit. Decent enough stout but don't think they nailed the smores flavor.
