Caramel Coconut Fluffernutter takes a chocolate forward base stout and adds heaps of caramel toasted coconut, marshmallow, caramel, and peanuts.
Aromas of milk chocolate, skippy peanut butter, and cream of coconut lead into decadent flavors of gooey chocolate fudge, coconut dipped peanut butter snickers, caramel candy, and a dollop of marshmallow fluff all wrapped into the perfect body, making each sip the liquid version of a souped up fluffernutter of our dreams.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Black colour, no head and aroma of peanut brittle, caramel, chocolate, coconut, roasty. Taste is sweet, rich malty, caramel, peanut butter, marshmallow, vanilla, coconut, milk chocolates, soft centers fruity, with nutty, roasted bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, smooth soft carbonation, chocolatey malty roast bitter finish. Very nice.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A slightly oily looking opaque dark brown beer with a good tan head. Smooth and soft palate, viscous and sticking to any available surface like shit to a blanket. Decent fine carbonation. Hugely rich and sticky dark malts, massive amounts of dark malt cream, creamy dark chocolate, creamy espresso. And, then there is the caramel and coconut, the latter particularly obvious. Finishes airy and viscous and with a bourbon barrel like ripe and spicy fruit intensity. Alcohol spice lingers on. Fabulously intense and rich. Liqueur like and wonderfully rewarding.

Bottle at home, picked up Craft Beer Central.ie, 25/03/2025.
Pitch black with a good sized khaki head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is roast malts, honeycomb, brown sugar melt, vanilla, chocolate, light herb, peanut butter fudge.
Taste comprises dark malts, sugar tweel, chocolate melt, vanilla, toffee fudge, caramel.
Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Fun pastry if the sweet side is perhaps a little unchecked ... a Bourbon BA version would sort this out nicely!

Sweet, syrupy and slightly roasty with some coconut, marshmallows, vanilla and caramely syrupy toffee. A bit too sweet and heavy.
