Here at the Hop Hooligans Institute we take great pride on messing with other people’s cultures, especially the most taboo of their rituals.

So we hope that Japanese tea masters will be able to manage with Earl Grey or chamomile during their fancy ceremonies, because we stole their precious whole leaf green tea for a special brew.

Hops can take a break, but just for a second or so, because there’s a new fruity, aromatic botanical in the house.

Tap at 100 piv. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-light bitterness, low sweetness, quite dry. Feels a bit watery, neutral. Light grassy, lemony, a hint of doughy yeastiness, basementy echo. Easy drinking, rather summery piece. I do not feel the tea, but nevermind. Okay.

Almost clear, pale golden color and a white head. Nose is herbal, fruity citric aroma and hints of green Team. Nice bitterness at finish

Can, small stable bubbly head, hazy pale orange, peach, berries, herbs, light flowery bitterness, light noticable sweetness. Nice and interesting.

Can. Hazy pinkish yellow color with minimal white head. Artificial aroma of candies, candy, light citrus, no malt, no hops. Taste is fruity, light hoppy, artificial strawberry in finish.

--Canned, from Beerselection, Budapest. -- Hazy pale yellow, small head. Aroma of strawberry bubblegum, hay and citrus. Dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Some white bread, sassafras, red berries and tea, Low bitternsss.

On tap. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of watermelon, sugar. Taste of watermelon, mild sugar, lemon. Easy to drink.
