Bottle, 75cl. Almost clear, golden with a few bubbles. Funky aroma with some apple, pear and grass. Citrus zest hints. Medium body, dry, lightly acidic and a decent carbonation. Funky, apple driver flavor. Medium length finish. Refreshing and quite tasteful. 250131

BYG. Golden color with some bubbles. Aroma and flavor is apple, sourness, funk, pear, grass, citrus zest.

750 ml clear bottle, as Feiring Sävstaholm PetNat - 2023, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Sävstaholm is an old Swedish apple variety, which also has been cultivated in the other Nordic countries. Golden colour, just the slightest haziness, pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of apples, a hint of sulphites. Light bodied. Very dry flavour, notes of apples and sulphites. Cannot compete with the best Norwegian ciders from Hardanger and Ryfylke.

Soft gusher. Big fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy dark orangy color. Aroma is dry funky fruity, overripe apples, yeast, apple cores, leafs, grass, apple peel, flowers, hay, cardboard. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, unripe apples, sorrel, hay, minerals, yeast, apple cores, old leafs, soil. Longlasting bitterness, dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Boring.
