Bottle 500ml @ Sommerhuset. Pours hazy light golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, orange, lime and a hint of zest. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a watery, citrusy and light yeasty finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

flowery and slighly hoppy bitter slightly grassy aroma, aroma is like a watered down ipa.
flavor is flowery,very very slighthly citrussy or lemon grassy, sweet malty, some hoppy bitterness, palate is oily in a somewhat weird way that clashes well with the thin aroma and flavor profile - there was a chance it would come off as mineral watery or crisp, but it is more buttery and oily in the palate. the end is nothing special but you'll be glad you got there.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, pale golden with a lacing, white head. Faint citrusy nose with a nice - albeit chemical - mango note. Light body, yeasty, super dry fruitiness, hardly any malt feel, some chemical harshness from te mango flavor with little bitterness. 050225

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Cloudy deep golden, small head. Aroma of peach and caramel. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Butyric acid, butterscotch. And cloying dusty caramel. What went wrong here?

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Slightly hazy elderflower juice colour, with a tiny white head. Aroma is caramel, cookies, biscuits and some fruity tones to it. Flavour is cookies, some oaty and corn flakes with mild earthy tones. Hmm...
