The aroma is fresh, fragrant, bright lime sherbet, sour grape, melon, cakey, sponge cake, fragrant, herbal, angelica and a touch of sweet liquorice. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, punchy bitter snap, green, herbal, spicy, peppery juniper, green fruits, melon, bitter citrus, lime, campari, crackery malt, fragrant, slightly soapy and floral accents with a lingering bitter herbal finale. Average body and soft, but fluffy carbonation. interesting stuff. Not the best grisette they have made, as the taste is fairly bitter herbal.

Keg at the tap. Aroma is sweet and fruity followed by a tart vinous streak. Slightly opaque light gold. Massive fluffy foamy white head. Bitter. Tart. Vinous and citrus. Underlying malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Crisp and refreshing.

Tap at kernel tap room bermondsey. A mostly clear brushed gold coloured pour with a a fine off white head. Aroma is weird light smoked birch, grass, straw clove phenols, rubber green hop. Flavour is composed of crisp earthy bready grains, phenol, clove, green berries mineral, grass, green hop. Bit of an odd one. Lingering saison yeast, green liquorice, green berries, chamomile. Nice.
