Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with some alcohol. 190419

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, fruits, hops and has a sweet finish.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear amber, white head. Malty caramely aroma. Bittersweet malty flavour, some alcohol, bitter and light metallic finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. MOderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle, 7.5%. Clear amber with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted and berries. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, dusty, medium sweet and a little bitter.

355ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally sugar, malty aroma with a touch of wallpaper paste. Taste is sweet, minimally sugary malty, hints of wallpaper paste, dry, papery, hoppy counterpart; minimally watery passages.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a hazy, grayish amber with a tiny, off-white head. Nose has a vague aroma of caramel but is mostly just boozy. Rich malty body, but not really clean, it's kinda rough - and again, the booze in the finish is kinda crude. Basically an Amber Malt Liquor! 191218

Beery Christmas 2018 #10. This was a surprisingly good bock! Nice caramel and malt notes, some raisins. Quite big body.

Bevuta in bottiglia. Birra rossa. Leggero profumo ma buon corpo. Interessante .
