EP Pils is cold fermented with a strain of lager yeast isolated from the world's oldest brewery located in Bavaria, Germany. We utilize a special pressurized fermentation method to suppress ester production which ultimately produces a much cleaner, crisper, grain-forward lager. The CO2 captured during the pressurized fermentation naturally carbonates the beer which produces a much tighter mouthfeel due to smaller bubbles of CO2 being dissolved in the beer. After fermentation, EP Pils is extensively lagered in stainless steel tanks at 33°F for over a month until optimal crushability is achieved.

Split a 16oz can. Poured a golden color with a small fizzy head. Aroma was grain, some light bready notes. Slightly sweet malt, but not overly sweet. Flavor had a pleasant earthy and grassy character, with some light hop notes. Light bitterness.

16 oz can. Pours clear pale gold with thin white head. Lightly sweet, dried and crispy cereal grain, crackers. Light bodied with a mild bready malt backbone. Super clean finish, lightly drying texture.
Ugh why is elder pine so good at what they do, super crisp, super clean flavor, delicious hints of malt.
