Slim neck bottle from Appalachian. Stemless wine glass @home. 1/12/23 stamp. Clear, pale, boring gold. Basic apple juice & champagne yeast. Super boring. Bittersweet juice, earthy, herbal, sweet rice, co2. Okay carbonation, thin, juicy, yeasty. Whatever.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Melchiori Alpino ].Clear light yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, artificial, sugary, light pear. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, sugary apples, sweet apples, apple. 50 cl bottle at 3 små rum, Göteborg, Sweden, on January 13, 2017. As "Alpino Sidro Di Mela", organic apple cider. BB date on cap that got tossed at the bar when opened, but at least the bottles had very recently arrived.Clear birch sap color, small fizzy white head. Apple, light sweet, a bit warm apple scent. Apples, apple skin, a light bit sweet, a bit tart taste. Tart, very light buttery aftertaste. Medium full a bit fizzy mouthfeel, light tart finish.Nice, fresh, well made, suites my cider preference rather well. Recommendedif you like sort of semi-sweet to light dry apple cider.
