Bottle 440ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Karusa Caveman's Dry Stout ].Clear dark brown colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, grain, hay, chocolate, somedark malt - roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, chocolate, grain, hay, dark malt, dark malt - roasted malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, caramel, coffee, chocolate, hops and has a nice dry finish.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Black, small beige head. Nice roast and coffee aroma, notes of dark chocolate. Sweet flavour, caramel, nuts, coffee, sweet chocolate.
