Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, caramel, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Keg at SKAAL, Copenhagen. Clear deep golden, small head. Surprisingly subtle aroma of elderflowers and guava. Mid dry with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Mild flavours of bread, orange and guava. Mid bitter finish with slight heat. Really well made.

ABV: 9.0%. Clear medium to light yellow - red orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, caramelized malt, moderate yeast, witbier yeast, cherry - guava - citric. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cherry - guava - citric, vegetables - floral, wheat, yeast, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190509]
